Arrangements for a return must be made within 15 days of the date you receive the item.
Returned items that are not defective will be charged a restocking fee (maximum £10.00), and shipping will not be refunded.
If you return a new item that has been opened and is not defective, we will use the price of an equivalent used item to determine the refund amount, and will charge the restocking fee mentioned above.
Outgoing and return shipping charges for any non-defective returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. If we are at fault, if you receive a broken item or incorrect item,we can refund.
